Community Guidelines

The short version: be welcoming, keep it safe, keep it 18+.

NrdNst is a place for nerds and geeks to meet. Keep it welcoming, safe, and 18+. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban. You can report or block anyone from their profile or a chat.

Harassment

No bullying, threats, stalking, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact. Respect "no" — including unanswered messages.

Hate speech

No attacks, slurs, or dehumanizing content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar.

Explicit content

No nudity or sexually explicit photos or messages. Profile photos must be appropriate; all photos are reviewed before becoming public.

Spam

No bulk/repetitive messaging, advertising, off-platform solicitation, or fake engagement.

Impersonation

Be yourself. No pretending to be someone else, using others' photos, or misrepresenting your identity or age.

Scams

No financial scams, phishing, "romance scam" schemes, or requests for money, gift cards, or crypto.

Underage users

NrdNst is 18+ only. Don't use the app if you're under 18, and don't help anyone underage create an account. Report profiles that appear to be underage — we treat this as a top-priority safety issue.

Enforcement

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team (target response within 24 hours). Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, reject photos, suspend, or permanently ban. Serious violations (e.g. underage, threats, CSAM) are removed immediately and may be reported to authorities.
